Very comfortable and can be wiped clean though covers can be removed for washing.I have found it difficult to get a cover for the set for when it rains and you need to cover it or remove cushions as the rain soaks into them and they take ages to dry!The base is so low, it is difficult to get a parasol base that will fit under it.
