Does it come with a cover?
No...just exactly what you see in the photo

How can i stop the cushions from sliding about?
Sorry it may be caused by the material and size of the cushion. Please try to use a bigger blanket to cover the cushions to improve the frictional force.

Is it delivered to the garden instead of pavement and the packaging taken away ?
Mine was delivered to the garden but it’s easily accessible from a side gate. The don’t take the packaging away.
