  Garden lounging at it's finest.

  What a beautiful set!! Looks beautiful in our garden and matches the other rattan sets we have. The lime green pillows were included and looks great!. My husband put the set together by himself over a couple of days after work and it is very comfortable. So happy we bought it. Even though the company are not great on the phone, they are very responsive via email. Certainly recommend!

  Just finished putting these together for our narrow decking at our caravan, more or less on my own. Two tips: don't tighten nuts and bolts until all in place and use an electric screwdriver with an Allen key bit where you can. I would say you can use one on 80-90% of the fittings. Will save you HOURS. All packaged extremely well with little waste and communication with the delivery company was first class. Just need some sunshine to enjoy it!

  Some minor niggles but overall pleased

  The item was delivered in two separate consignments, on different days, causing me to assume there were missing parts and subsequently spending ages on the phone trying to sort it out (not to mention the hassle of having to repack the contents of the opened boxes, which had been distributed around the garden. The seller was apologetic, though, and explained it was common practice. Perhaps this should be explained in the listing.That frustration aside, when I eventually did get all the pieces, assembly was relatively straightforward, if a little demanding for one person. For the money, I'm pleased with what we have. We did look at real rattan, but it was more than I wanted to spend, and for the amount of time we get in the garden, I considered it an extravagance!Minor niggles - I would have been happy without the small green cushions and a few quid off. They're a bit naff. Also, the main cushions slip off the furniture way too easily. A little velcro, or even some ties, would have been a useful addition. I will be adding velcro. Finally, I really don't like the cheap plastic suction pads that attach the glass to the table. They also look tacky.Overall, though, my wife and I are pleased with what we've bought and it looks good in the otherwise bare space it now occupies.

  Difficult for one person to assemble

  Very good quality set. Instructions state a minimum of two people are required for self assembly. Unfortunately it was just me to assemble it, and it was hard going. It took me 3 hours to put it all together. If I bought a set again, I’d definitely go for a pre-assembled one. Now it is built, I’m pleased with the quality. My only gripe is I wish there were catches or hooks to hold each individual seat together when set up as a sofa. It’s annoying that they can move when a couple of people are sat on them.

  Arrived quickly. Communication with seller was excellent. The chairs were simple to put together. Great instructions and tools provided. Perfect for my patio. Looks like they cost twice the price. I woild buy again as they have changed the way we use the garden

  its not water resistant!

  The delivery was a shambles with 3 separate dates for 3 boxes and courier didnt seem to even know this. once i got it all assembly was easy. actual rattan frames are quite good and solid. The cushions were marketed as water resistant. i left them out in a shower and they are about as water resistant as a digestive biscuit. if you buy this keep the cushions inside. Be prepared for carry on courier delivery effort. Lost track of the emails and texts telling me i hadnt booked in when i had and all along they were refering to box 2 and 3. doh...

  Missing lots of parts

  I orders 2 sites of this sofa and Lots of the parts are missing as you can see in the pictures so I don’t know what I’m gonna do I marked all the missing parts , I got 4 box’s which’s written on it 2/3 2 box’s and 3/3 2 box’s but 1/3 I didn’t get any 2 box’s missing maybe the one I marked , please I need help

  Lovely quality garden set for the money. Good value and sturdy. Cushions are thicker than the usual and water resistant, wash proof coverings make it a sensible choice. Assembling it was not the easiest, but well worth persevering. We bought a few extra cushions which compliment the lime cushions it comes with, perfectly. This would be even better if there were base hooks to join the parts together. Very pleased with this and great value for money!

  Fantastic size, very sturdy, cushions a little thin but do the job, highly recommend as little old me put together myself.
