  Great recliner - if you had the parts to put it together...

  Bought two of these in anticipation of a blazing British summer (ha).Just opened the first box to find everything present and correct - oh, other than the instructions and the parts that fit it all together. Ineptitude is too small a word for such a basic quality control issue like pack the bits that put it all together...A perfect one star review unless I hear from the seller that 'hey, yes, no problem getting fixing parts out to you immediately'...I'm not holding my breath.Update:Seller states they pack the bits needed to assemble the recliner in just one box of two - because no one ever splits up two recliners for perhaps a relative...On looking in the second box quelle surprise - still no assembly parts. We're now on my third message to the sellers.Seller's first idea of a resolution was to offer me £40 off the price if I found my own parts - declined as derisory once I'd stopped laughing hysterically.Sellers second idea of a resolution was for me to spend most of my day identifying all the missing parts, photographing them and sending it all back. I quote:'We are sorry to hear of the issue regarding missing parts.In addition to sending the photos of the damaged unit, please refer to the manual and highlight/circle the parts required. Please send all photos using the ADD ATTACHMENT tab located below the message box.The reason we ask for the parts to be highlighted is that our warehouse team may need to source the parts individually. If so, they prefer to have highlighted/clear pictures to action a thorough search.Once advised, we can log a request with our Warehouse team to action a depot search and discuss the matter further with you.'My first message to the seller was' I have no manual or assembly parts' so it's good they've thoroughly read my message...Two weeks in, still got missing parts and still no resolution that's helpful to me and manages my valuable time. Seriously, if you buy this cheap nonsense and bits are missing then expect to grow old waiting for it all to be rectified.Unequivocally being sent back and, like I should have done in the first place, I'll buy locally instead of this ridiculous pastiche of a recliner I can't assemble.

  Good quality, sturdy and comfortable Loungers

  Once assembled, these loungers are great. Good quality materials, sturdy construction and comfortable.Also, weather proof, washable covers and stylish appearance.They are a bit fiddly to assemble but simple really with easy picture instructions.Don't bother if you're a cry baby snow flake.

  Easy to assemble, lovely and comfortable. Looks very stylish.Had a small issue with stitching on one cushion, but company was excellent and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

  Very pleased with these loungers.

  Arrived within a few days so i was really pleased as lots of garden furniture i had been looking at was due for despatch weeks, sometimes months, later.Admittedly i got someone else to assemble them but they said it was fiddly but not too complicated.We havent had the weather to put them to use but they look really lovely and sturdy. Really pleased with them and feel the price was very reasonable by comparison to others i looked at.

  Looks great but issues with the table.

  Ought this in the winter so didn’t assemble it until sometime later and that was a mistake. The table wobbles. I’ve tried adjusting it but can’t get it to sit flat on all fours. Also the glass for the table won’t stick down for some reason, almost slid off a couple of time.

  Very sturdy, look great

  We spent ages researching what to buy and liked these, but first saw them on another site for about £120 more so were a bit nervous as to whether they were the same. However, they arrived really quickly and look great, i was daunted by the number of screws that needed to be fitted, but the instructions were clear. They provide the tools, but really helps if you have a good set of alum keys and spanners yourself.

  Love them. They needed putting together which was a little time consuming but worth it. Bit of a stress when the two chairs arrived on separate days this needs addressing as the screws etc came in the second delivery meaning we couldn’t crack on putting it together. Otherwise they’re just perfect.

  Worst Amazon experience ever

  Do not buy from this company. It’s horrific. No parts arrived. No instruction manual and now they are trying to give me money to find my own screws to deal with the issue.It’s the worst Amazon experience I have ever hadNot greatArrived without any assembly notes or screws. Really quite shocked

  Outsunny Garden furniture

  These sun loungers are brilliant. Very sturdy and well worth the money. The cushions are comfortable with a nice neck rest.I needed to contact the seller due to the fact that I received one box with part of the order but wasn’t sure where or when the rest of the order would arrive. I had immediate response and total satisfaction from customer services.All in all, would totally recommend this product and the seller.

  Good but hard work.

  Be warned. This arrived in 2 packages so potentially the first package won't be the one with the installation instructions inIt is quite tricky to assemble and too easy to cross or strip the threads. In DIY savvy and it still took me 2.5 hours to assemble one lounger and the table.Looks good though. Next assembly tomorrow.
