  So, like many others have said, the product is looks lovely - once you've worked out how to put it together!This required a lot of husband and wife team work I must say...None of the parts were labelled correctly, luckily it wasn't a complicated piece of furniture so we worked it out eventually and had to just work backwards in the instructions manual, guessing the parts!We ended up with one part left over...we realised where it went pretty quickly after kneeling on the footstool and it caving it...Overall, If like me, you didn't want to spend a fortune on garden furniture that is used 2 months out of the year, this is great! I wouldn't say its ideal for a big family, its quite shallow, low, flimsy and the cushions slide off. But for two of us with occasional guests it looks the part and does the job.

  Forget the manual

  Ok so delivery was super fast very good.So I looked at the manual as you do. Just forget it. It's actually easier to look at the picture and work it out for yourself.Some knowledge of DIY would be handy as there where holes in some frames that located to other parts of the seat but didn't have the opposing holes pre drilled. So I had to drill them myself. I'm sure your currently asking yourself that's becuase you didn't look at the manual. I did just to check and no I was right. There was surface rust on parts of the frame and also it looked like some parts where not powder coated more hand sprayed. One of the ottomans frames braces inbetween was bent. I think I have covered all areas I may sound abit anal with this review but I just want to make you aware of my experience and how much you are paying for it. I do how ever have to say it looks good

  Good instructions and went together well. What they don't mention is the weight limit which I am well over. Not dared to sit on it in case I break it,

  Good value, okay quality

  Good value furniture. I scored down on assembly. In principle this ought to be quick and easy to put together, but quality of the screw threads and drive heads is poor so I wasnt able to use my power screwdriver and had a very frustrating time. However, once assembled it is strong though lightweight. Cripplingly uncomfortable without cushions (if hoping for a quick cuppa without getting the cushions out) but fine with the cushions in place.There are no fittings to lock the 4 units together. Mine is on a windy roof terrace and so I've cable-tied the 3 seating cubes together to stop them blowing around the deck.

  Great delivery time. It came within 2 days! As others are mentioning, the building instructions are not great - not terrible, but could be clearer. I fully erected this in just under 3 hours. I had 1 screw fitting that hadn’t been drilled correctly in the factory, resulting in 1 bolt now being stuck half way in with the screw head all churned up. Apart from that, the only other issues were a couple of adjoining parts where the holes were not aligned (again shoddy craftsmanship by the manufacturer) but a bit of jiggling the furniture while pushing the bolt through the holes and they went in eventually. Taking into account that this is a good valued item for what you are getting, I will let these issues slide (You get what you pay for).Once built, it looks great! I have no complaints up to now. I had to buy some Velcro pads to attach the seating cushions as a slight gust of wind blows them away (they are extremely lightweight). I also purchased some small cushions for comfort as the seating cushions supplied are very thin – again, you get what you pay for.I will provide a further update if there are any major issues in the coming weeks. I am a little apprehensive due to someone mentioning the weight restrictions. However, it appears that 100kg per seat (as mentioned by another reviewer) is more than adequate for my requirements. To note, I cannot find mention of the weight restriction anywhere on the packaging or in the instruction manual, so I am unsure where the 100kg per seat came from?I have given this 4 stars due to the manufacturing errors (which appear to be commonplace).I am rather disappointed to see that the price has recently been put up to £439. This item is worth £350 - £399 and no more due to the manufacturing issues and cheap cushions. No cover is supplied either.

  FILLS A SMALL SPACE NICELY

  Arrived quickly, easy to assemble using own tools - would have struggled with the small spanner - looks fine sitting in a small corner. The "ottoman" part has no storage area and is fixed to the sofa so this item is great for a couple or small garden. Quality of construction is fine but the rattan in many places is squint but thankfully hidden when cushions are in place (I am purchasing Velcro to keep them in place) and you need the cushions on it for it to be comfortable to sit on.I had to contact the seller and the response was quick, pleasant and helpful which was lovely and in this day and age that's a big plus.Value for money? I would not have paid any more in fact this time last year similar sofas were under £300, will update after winter regarding how robust this sofa is.

  A good choice for what I needed.

  Ive recently sorted out my patio and wanted some new comfy seating to compliment it, this product looks stylish and is very practical.Comes with a beautiful glass table with enough space for whatever your needs maybe.Also comes with an extra seating that attaches to the end of the seats to allow you to put your feet up and the product is long enough to lay down comfortably, the build process although not difficult, you do need to have a little patients, as I found out, I had to swap two pieces around in order for the aliment to fit correctly. Overall I am extremely happy with the product and once the weather picks up, looking forward to be using it.

  Absolute Bargain, great quality, sturdy and easy to assemble

  I am absolutely over the moon with this rattan set, I read some reviews and it worried me about the quality and assembling of the item.Need not to worry people....Firstly this item is extremely easy to assemble, follow the instructions and you won't go wrong, took me just over 30 minutes to assemble (I am female too).Quality is fantastic for the price, it is woven tightly and very sturdy, cushions are comfortable too! About 2 inches thick, appear easy to clean as well as waterproof.Now onto the "will it hold my weight" well I'm 5ft 9 and weigh 13 stone, my partner 17stone and this rattan set did NOT bow in, nor break, bend or crumble under us (thank god).Seriously grab yourself a bargain while you can, the glass table is so sturdy amd a great size, this looks way more expensive than it is and will compliment any garden.Also the online staff are so friendly and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns.

  The original package I got had an error in it, one of the pieces was wrong, but the seller replaced it with no fuss. Excellent customer service.The base is sturdy and well built, not too difficult to put together.The cushions are a bit thin and because of the water and dirt proof covers they feel kind of slippy. But they are easy to clean.Overall I recommend this product and above all this seller.
