  This company should be a bit more honest

  There are negatives and positives to this review. I will start with the negatives. The furniture arrived with the so called instructions inside where it claims that it shows full "step by step" assembly instructions. Not true because all you get is very sketchy photos that you can barely see. They also claim that the furniture is made by "highly skilled Indonesian craftsmen", which may well be true, but apparently the furniture arrives in this country where it is unpacked and then reassembled "to make sure all the parts go together and all the parts are included". Again not true. My furniture arrived with one short bolt too many and one long bolt short and the glass nowhere near fitted the table. The bolt situation was sorted out easily because I went and bought the bolt I needed but the glass table top was not so easy. I called the sellers office and they sent me another table, very quickly in fairness. I asked them to make sure that the glass top fitted the table before sending it. When it arrived it was a worse fit that the first one. I was able to pair the original glass top with the new table, which wasn't a good fit, but it was usable. The only problem with this was that the "skilled Indonesian craftsman" who made this table had marked out the centerlines in pencil but had not removed them. The someone, a non skilled craftsman I would presume, lacquered over the top of the pencil marks so they now can't be removed. I got in touch with the seller again but it meant I would have to send it back again but I negotiated with them to keep both tables and I thought I could get the glass cut to size to make them fit. We settled on that but that blew up in my face because the glass is toughened glass which cannot be cut. So now I have two tables with polycarbonate tops as glass would have cost a fortune.On the positive side you don't actually need any assembly instructions because it is very easy to work out anyway. Once assembled they look like furniture that would cost a lot more and they are very comfortable. They also look well made too.I do have a 'bee in my bonnet' though of selling people making false claims in order to make their products look a better buy. There is no need for it in this case as this product is worth the money. The table situation could have been sorted out if they had checked the items first, as I had asked or they claimed, or they would have made sure in the end because they were paying for the delivery each time it went back.

  Comfortable garden chairs

  The chairs are good value for the money, for those on a budget, but the fabric is possibly not very hard wearing - we have bought rugs to put over to stop them getting worn and dirty. There are also some rough edges on the wood. They needed a bit of ingenuity to put together, but overall they do the job and look attractive. We were surprised how quickly they arrived!

  LOVE IT .. NICE ON THE EYE .. EASY TO ASSEMBLE... AND A JOY TO SEAT IN ??. FOR THE PRICE ... BRILL?.

  Really nice chairs. Need two people to assemble. Very comfortable and good addition to my Summer House

  We had a small Conservatory Built and needed comfy chairs and small table to enjoy our garden during the winter. The service was excellent and goods arrived promptly. Sadly the Glass top for the table would not fit and the arm of one chair was damaged. The items have all been replaced swiftly and we are very pleased with the result.

  Just what we wanted

  This was exactly what we wanted for our new room and my husband ( not a natural diyer ) managed to put it together easily.
