  Glamour outdoor furniture at half the price

  Couldn’t be happier with this set. Awkward to put together though I did it alone. Cushions are so comfy and the fabric is so easy to sponge clean if they get stained. Great in the rain just a wipe down afterwards. Use a beeswax spray to keep the lovely sheen. I bought casters for the feet to preserve them as they are just tiny plastic ones made into the feet. The table is beautiful with a toughend glass top and room underneath to display plants or dining ware. I love it and I’m choosy☺️

  I ordered this set after being sent a cheap (yet more expensive) tacky set from another company. We LOVE this!!! I can’t believe the price at £229.00. The cushions are so much more comfortable than most sofa sets which are thin and flimsy. These are nice thick cushions that your back can go into nicely. Perfect for the garden. We’ve ordered a propane fire pit to enjoy some marshmallows too! As you can see from my photo it fits perfectly underneath a 2.5 x 2.5 gazebo :) don’t let the rain spoil your fun. Happy days!!

  Well I wasn't sure whether to invest in this set in light of the rave reviews I have read about other sofas e.g. b and m but I am really glad I did. The sofa was a bit tricky to put together (more a reflection of my skills than anything else). It took 3 hours to put together. There was one screw which wouldn't tighten despite all of our efforts, but we replaced the screw with a shorter one from the garage and it then tightened nicely. The set is compact and really really comfortable compared to a sofa without back cushions. We bought the grey rattan with grey cushions and it looks great. I am looking forward to lounging around on it very soon. Also it came 2 weeks before due date, added bonus! I would highly recommend!

  Easyly put together, took about 2hrs on my own another person would of made it easier. Sturdy and good looking. Only marked 4 for comfort as ordered towards the end of summer and not properly used it yet but all ready for next summer

  Very pleased with my purchase. Great looking set that looks a lot more expensive than it was. All the pieces arrived well packaged and it was very easy to put together. The instructions were not that great but I found it really easy once you got all the bits together for each item. I actually managed to put it all together myself in around an hour. It's very sturdy once built and has cushions for your back as well as seat pads. Would definitely recommend.

  Once assembled the furniture looks good and is comfortable, so in the end OK. The reason I have marked it down is because of the problems assembling one of the chairs. To start with one of the bolts would not screw into the captive nut as the thread in the nut was damaged or rough. Had to purchase a thread tap (quite pricey) to clean the nut thread up so the bolt would screw in, this had to be done with nealey all the nuts on this chair. If I had not known how clean the tread or could be bothered the seat would not have gone together so would have to have been returned.

  After purchasing this item in May 2020 and finally having it delivered at the end of June 2020 I have assembled this furniture as instructed. It is true what other reviews state that screw holes do not align correctly etc....but with a lot of patience you can just about get it together. Took 3 hours to complete though. Have used the furniture through the fine weather last year and as recommended have kept it fully covered to protect through the winter.Here comes the problem though - after removing the protective weatherproof cover at the end of March 2021, I noticed that ALL the metal framework (on which the plastic rattan is woven around) has badly rusted and was now showing through the front of the rattan covered seats. This would mean you will get rust on your clothes when seated on the furniture.I instantly sent a message to the seller EVRE24 through the Amazon Marketplace link and was asked to send photos of the issue.The response was as follows ......"As we have reiterated previously that rusting is not covered under any guarantee in general for outdoor goods similar to ours, ultimately the end user is responsible for the maintainece and care of the item once delivered to ensure it's use as always we have recommended using anti-rust spray and ensuring dryness prior to covering to avoid moisture build-up which can result in rusting due to humidity carrying water which is common in British Weather. However we tried to be accommodating in suggesting ways resolving the cosmetic issues, in addition to offering a partial refund to cover the cost of Anti-Rust Spray while also asking our warehouse team to check with the images provided that the structural integrity is intact which they have confirmed and the operation is not impaired as a result of this"Their initial suggestion was that I could paint the rust to cosmetically improve it which I did not feel was a resolution as the furniture was only 9 months old and had been protected by a waterproof cover for 6 months of that time. After getting Amazon to assist with contacting the seller as I was getting nowhere they still refused to do anything, and the reference to offering a partial refund they mentioned has never been confirmed to me either. What I then got in reply to no less than 4 separate attempts to replace or refund the furniture was a cut and pasted copy of the message in the exact same words as I had back the first time. I have noticed the selling price of this item is now £295 MORE than I had paid so feel you need to know this if you are considering buying it and my advice is don’t waste your money.I also contacted the EVRE24 customer service number which was answered by someone who said he didn't deal with the Amazon products and as I explained the issue he cut the phone call off - so that didn't help at all.I am left with a faulty item through no fault of my own that Amazon are now looking in to..... The Seller is quick to take your money but not prepared to accept any responsibility with faults..... Please be aware of this!!This is my experience so please make your own decision - but I feel it is appropriate to let potential buyers know.

  Great little garden sofa set for the price

  The set arrived and it took me 2 hours to put the sofa and table together with a little help from my disabled mum who just held the sofa whilst I screwed the parts together. I did the two armchairs the next morning by myself with the exception of the last screw which wouldn’t go in but fortunately the chap who cuts our lawn came and managed to tighten it with the help of pliers. It’s a great little set - perfect for where I wanted to put it and with the addition of some cushions and a carpet my little garden sanctuary is complete.

  I bought this Mar 2020 for less than half the current price. Cushions had to be replace as they fell apart but decided to keep it for the price. Over the months some of the strips snapped but could put up with a few breaking.Recently contacted the seller to inform them that the strips had snapped across the full width of the two seater. Told them it was hardly used and there are no children on it and it was not handled roughly.Their response was that it should be covered at all times when not in use, keep it out of extreme sun and avoid getting moisture on it.I reminded them that it is sold as outdoor furniture and that the 'rattan' is plastic so why would it be affected by moisture. Never got a response from them after that.My advise, yes it's comfortable but at today's price you can do better than that. I now have to buy new furniture after just 15 months. Will not be buying this type of furniture again though. Remember the old adage, 'you get what you pay for'.Very disappointed will sellers response.
