However, the supplier dealt with our complaint very speedily and without hassle. We were able to negotiate a partial refund to cover the cost of the flaws which was an amicable settlement to both parties. The chairs are easy to assemble and quite comfortable for garden use

Upon my return yesterday, i have noticed that the metal bracket holding the base of the chair to the upright has started to show signs of rust. I am planning to return the product back.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 July 2021A cushion is needed for best comfort.Simple instructions and easy assembly. Once one has built the first chair it gets quicker and quicker. However a little ratchet driver with an Alan Key bit helps a lot.

- Are these flat packI tried to assemble the first chair and I couldn't get 1 of screws IN.I didn't try any more. They are now repacked waiting COLLECTION !!!
- Are these light or dark grey?They are a light brown in colour. They are very nice, though and I would recommend them.
