  Nice Set......but warning!

  Hi Guys - this was a little fiddly to put together but once assembled its sturdy and makes a nice feature to the Garden - someone asked for sizes so have these below, but just wanted to add something important for anyone with little ones - the plastic gets really really hot in the sun and could potentially burn little arms and legs so please put a towel over the arms and use the cushions to ensure you dont hear little cries of pain! its bad enough on adult skin so for tots it would be nasty. Hope this helps. Overall I quite like it and it does look nice - it comes in 3 separate deliveries too - which is not really convenient but I bought it in spring so didnt really need it asap.Sizes:- Sofa 84" Long x 28" WideFootrest 27.5" X 27.5"Coffee Table with Glass 23" x 23"Chair 31" Wide X 27.5" Deep

  Love it! Had a few issues with regards to screws etc. However, had constant contact with seller and sorted issue out quickly, she was quick to reply to any messages/queries. Also want to add it was delivered in 2 days!!

  Great Value For Money

  Pleasantly surprised by this garden set. Delivery arrived in 3 boxes. Ordered on the 10th arrived on 14th/15th/18th (earlier than quoted). Everything you need to assemble is included (screws washers nuts Alan key & small spanner) and happy to report nothing was missing. The table & Footstool came already assembled and the table top is a good quality glass. The bottom cushions are foam pads however the rear cushions are filled with soft stuffing (not foam) which makes them extra comfy. Covers can easily be removed for washing. Was willing to pay more for a garden set but struggled to find anywhere with anything in stock so took a chance with this. Glad we did. Obviously not as sturdy as the more expensive ones but delighted with what we got. Great value for money & It looks fab. Look forward to using it over the summer.

  Been looking for ages as most reasonably priced furniture seems hard to get hold of at the mo. This is bigger than we were originally intending but so glad we went for it as it offers a lot more flexibility with the different arrangements you can have and the table is an added bonus!Strong and comfortable, cushions appear a good quality.Fairly straight forward to put together - top tip don’t tighten it all until the end and don’t assume you know what to do once you’ve done one piece, follow instructions all the way through.Would def recommend

  Disappointing

  So, overall this looks pretty good, the cushions etc seem ok for the money.Sadly though it went together horribly, nothing lined up and even with the bolts loose I ended having to use a clamp to force everything into position.One of the welded nuts was threaded so made a frustrating assembly a nightmare. The instructions as other have pointed out are pretty much useless so don't be expecting an IKEA design. This should've taken me 30 minutes to put together but ended up taking days (see below).To add insult to injury, we got the chair together to realise that they hadn't sent the pack of screws and washers for that and we had used all of the ones from the sofa meaning we were short. I could contact the seller but I'll be going to Screwfix in the morning to get what I need to finish the job. Call me impatient but I would've hoped it would've all come with it. £400 isn't a bad price but with the messing about I think I value my time more.

  First of all it was delivered in three boxes over three days and within three days of ordering. On checking the contents they were all there including an extra washer! None of the parts are labeled so it took a little while to work out what was left side and right side. An Allen key and spanner are included but you may want to use your own as they're not very good. Once I started assembly the sofa bolt holes lined up perfectly but the chair took a little more to line up. Don't tighten bolts until they are all located and you'll be fine. It took just over the hour to assemble on my own.It does look good and I'm pleased with the quality for the price. The seat cushions are thin but not uncomfortable, likewise the rear cushions. A couple of spare home cushions sorted that. It seems solid and doesn't creak or flex went sat on. Having sat in the garden the first day for hours I'm happy with it.Finally a little tip. When attaching the sofa halves together get a couple of extra washers and place one on the bolt and one on the nut as it's easy to overtighten and pull through the frame.

  I received this garden furniture this week, was a bit puzzled as it came in 3 big boxes and all didn't come together, I received 1 box each day but have to say delivery was very fast as we had it all delivered within 5 days.Me and my friend assembled it today and it took us no more than 1 hour to complete.This furniture looks amazing, comfy, sturdy and certainly a great price.I would definitely recommend the service and the product. Just waiting for the sun now to enjoy it. Thanks you

  Poor customer service

  Furniture arrived unassembled in 3 boxes all at different times and after delivery date...no manual or screws...have asked for callback several times and eventually was told by Zoe that they are not allowed to callback.... Received partial refund ...I might have been very unlucky but I don't think they are set up to trade in the uk as far as customer support goes.

  Delivered quickly and really well boxed.Instructions took me a few minutes to distinguish which part was which, but I assembled it single handedly in about an hour.Really lovely set and a really good price! Would recommend!

  Love our new outdoor furniture. Came incredibly quickly, sooner than scheduled. My husband built in around 2 hours. Instructions weren’t great but was still manageable. Cushions are a little thin but pleased they are removable for washing. They are sturdy and love the style. Having looked at loads of options which were much more expensive am pleased went with these, they are value for money and look great. They came in 3 big boxes, although not altogether which was confusing to track. All in all am really happy! Now all we need is some sunshine!
