  Good, strong and comfortable set.

  Good value for money, a little difficult to get bolts through in a couple of places as the holes don’t line up completely but towards the end of assembly we managed to go back and get them in, except one which definitely wouldn’t fit, but it’s strong so it won’t matter. We are very pleased as it’s comfortable and strong, looks good, the seat cushions are good and the cloth seems hard waring. You also really need a ratchet tool to assemble, if we’d used the included Alan key it would’ve taken all day, also wear gloves so that you don’t skin your knuckles. We are very pleased with it after looking for a long time at garden furniture this was a good choice and was delivered quickly.

  Arrived quickly, good quality unbelievable cover

  On the p,us side these are excellent value for money, comes complete with seat pads, glass topped table and n all weather very strong and sturdy cover. They arrived very quickly, and are extremely comfortable.I’ve down-marked them for two reasons.Firstly, one of the chairs is bent in the arm area. Probably due to delivery, etc. A quick call toAmazon, and this was solved with no problems at all. My second issue, was attaching the legs to the table, two of the holes did not line up. Fortunately hubby, was able to rectify.

  Cumbersome construction, cover doesn't work and you can't contact them successfully

  I tried to contact the supplier via Amazon but there was no way to without triggering a refund. After days of waiting for missing parts to arrive (from a different supplier) the last thing I want to do is take it all down again. Once it's up, it's not bad but the manufacturing process is quite rough so you can see that the quality of the drill used to make the holes isn't great. Some have complained that the holes are in the wrong place; they may need to swap that part with the opposite side to make it fit - but this is another huge problem: the instructions are the worst in the world. I've not seen anything like it and I'm a competent DIYer, let alone assembler. Basic instructions could make this much, much simpler. Bolts and washers were missing (broken plastic casing and they were nowhere to be found) so I couldn't finish the job on the day I wanted to because I needed to order some spares. Very frustrating. The instructions didn't mention every part, i.e. some were simply missing. I would just pay a bit extra and you'll be much happier.The cover was next to useless in the recent UK rain. I don't know if I have a different one to others but, due to it being ill-fitting, you can't arrange it in a way that you don't have any pooling water which can allow it through. It's such a shame to have to put the cushions in the shed AND place a cover over it.I am trying to contact the seller but they clearly don't want to deal with any of their customers! Avoid is my advice.

  Product generally very good.

  My hat's off to the customer who took two hours to assemble this unit, although an electric screwdriver with allen key attachment would have made it quicker. As it is, it took us a total of seven hours (including the almost inevitable glitches), and you need to spend quite a bit of time in unnatural positions.We're generally very pleased with the product, which looks very good, and is comfortable and sturdy, although it has a couple of annoying defects: the table glass top has large "stains" that won't come off and one of the pieces into which the screws are screwed (I don't know the technical term) came unsoldered from the frame so that it just rotates with the screw.Amazon got the problem sorted very efficiently.One final minor thing: the free cover comes in a bag that is so tiny that there's is no way the cover can fit back in once opened, so it's no good for storage.I would repeat the excellent advice not to screw any of the screws in tightly until they are all in, as this greatly aids the alignment process.

  Recommended sturdy garden combo

  Delivered on time and everything in the boxes too! Took us just under 2 hours to build and it was easy enough for us. Instructions are poor though as drawings numbered incorrectly meaning we had to disassemble part of the couch :( Electric screwdriver made a huge difference as hand tightening using allan key would have taken a long time! Its a sturdy combo and looks lovely! Have seen simlar in garden centres for at least twice the price. Very happy with this purchase. Now all we need is some sunshine!

  Comfortable but not very sturdy

  I was looking for a 4 seat garden set but there were no stocks anywhere. I found this and looks good for my need and purchased. Delivery was ok although the tracking for the truck was very problematic. It arrived with 4 very big boxes and 1 of them was very heavy. Installation is not very tough since I have some DIY equipments but the screws in the set are very easily worn, I was expecting higher quality materials. The chairs are all good, wide and comfortable. The table legs are not very sturdy, they are bending at the connection points so that is a disappointment for me. The case bag’s zipper came broken straight out of the box so that is another disappointment. Overall, that is a good looking, comfortable and not very sturdy set which is easy to assemble.

  Read review first alot of messing

  After waiting months for this item to come back into stock I put ittogether to find quite a few defects in the rattan not meeting in places and not cut properly so I called amazon. After countless emails and calls eventually got £50 off as I had waited so long for it that I didn't want to send it back and wait for months again for a new one. I am now a few months into owning it and the cushions are coming away at the seams and they're flat virtually as they have used cheap sponge and not weather proof material. I have messaged amazon and the seller but noone wants to know and After paying alot ofmoney for it I find this disgraceful. Hope this helps anyone buying one

  Excellent quality table & chairs .

  Just received the 6 seater table & chairs .Seems very substantial.Chairs arrived 2 per box & 6 cushions.Table arrived with glass & legs .Took 10 mins , max, to assemble.I work as a joiner but this is genuinely very simple to put together.Very simple indeed .Very good quality cover added within the cost .All in all , I would say , a very good quality table & chairs . Minimum fuss assembling the table too .At this stage , without actually using this ( it’s February with 8” of snow outside ) , would probably give top marks .

  Absolutely love my set chairs were all assembled jst had to put legs on table looks lovely with cushions on chairs 5 stars from me ps its the palma backyard set ?

  Couldn't be happier with this sunbed

  This is a very comfortable sun bed, with lots of different back positions. The only assembly required was to put the feet on which took about 10 minutes. I particularly like that you can fasten the cushion to the bed so that it stays in place. The weatherproof cover fits like a glove and can be attached to the bed so won't blow off in a high wind and it is waterproof. I am delighted with my purchase.
