- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 January 2021Product seems good quality but is hassle and faults in the box.I am writing this review as last summer I bought this product and when I assembled it the pieces which secure it broke, leading to the product being insecure which let to a tear. I contacted this businesses as soon as this happened which all seemed good, they promised to replace parts and I was happy this was last year.The parts never came and after a lot of emails between myself and this business always empty promises of replacing I then submitted an Amazon AZ Claim designed to protect the consumer. 3 Declined appeals later / and no sign of replacement parts. So after four months I have this product sitting in the garage which I will not be able to use again.When you buy a product you want quality and service, I have not received any with this purchase.Disappointed as the product looked good when I opened it and the frame is very sturdy and good quality but it is also heavy and without good secure qaulity parts could be very dangerous.

I have had it a month, light breeze blew it over because the frame twisted and broke despite having the sand bags on the legs. Contacted seller, they never had spare bars and no offer of help or replace product. Absolutely disgusted in the product and the aftercare service

These two are by far the sturdiest, tallest, smartest and best value for money of any others we have purchased. They give lots of shade in the sun, offer cover in the rain and look great to sit under. They come down and go up with ease. The construction is far superior to any others we have experienced and we especially love how they have this tallest setting so you do not feel like you will crack your head on the crossbeams. Highly recommended and well worth every penny. We would happily also purchase sides if they were available.

Loops and cords have broken and a short thunderstorm happened and not it is only fit for skip. Whereas the pub next door all their gazebos and umbrellas are still standing

The bag is strong too. Very easy to assemble with two people. Once up, it is solid and looks amazing. Covers our 6 seater patio set easily. Highly recommend this gazebo.

Not easy enough to put up on your own, needs two people. Need to buy the sand for the sandbags that hold each corner down as a separate item, but they have worked really well through the recent high winds and rain that we have had. You are also able to tie it down for extra security. Have stored our garden cushions under it until recently which has saved dragging them in and out of the garage constantly. Have not tried taking it down yet but I am very pleased so far. Can see it lasting longer than a much more expensive one I bought last year
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 June 2021Nice quality, not sure about heavy duty frameBought this Gazebo replace a previous one that was caught by a gust of wind and destroyed.I'm not sure that this metal frame is any more heavy duty than most being sold. It does look well made but will snap and bend if caught by wind.I wouldn't say it is noticeabley more solid than other maunfacturers.I found it very difficult getting it back into the bag, there is a small zipped section instead of the zip running lengthwise and making it easier to pack away, the top of the bag has already split and stiching undone.The handles and wheels are a good design feature.

- Can it go on deckingYes, it can go on the decking. The steel pipes are equipped with footpads at the bottom and each footpad comes with two holes for securing stakes. Please use stakes to secure the canopy and use sandbags to stabilize the canopy.
- Do have to use the rope for this to stay standing or is it sturdy enough on just the 4 metal legs? As we want to stand it on concrete not grass?Hi.
