  Side wall incorrect size

  Overall not a bad product, the frame seems well made, the cover looks fine and the bag it is housed in also seems decent quality. However, I think as described in a previous review the side wall is the wrong size which is a bit annoying. We wont be using it anyway but for £150 this is unacceptable.There is also no paperwork whatsoever with this so no contact details if there was a serious problem with the product.I think for the money spent its not a bad product but with no paperwork and incorrectly sizedp side wall it could be better which is why i cannot give it a five star rating.

  It was great for sitting outside this winter with a fire pit.... (not directly under the canopy) and it is still up even during the snow, so it was very sturdy.Easy to follow instructions, Good buy

  I ordered a 3 by 3 version with a side wall , however i have bolted the feet down to the patio and tied the canopy to fixings on the wall - so probably a little different than most applications as its going to be semi permanently up and only taken down for forecast poor weather - so far so good ! , easy to assemble straight from the box , the frame is a little stiff but its the first time its been used .Issues - the side wall is a bit useless to be honest , if the legs are up high enough to stop me clacking my head on the frame then the side wall stops 2 - 3 feet from the floor making it a bit pointlessThe canopy is silvered on the inside which actually makes it a bit dark under it - mine is between the 90 degrees of two walls tho ( less of a problem if its on the lawn )good bits - very compact in its bag , 15 min max to put it up , well made , robust , fairly light .very happy

  Easy to erect and robust

  Bought this to replace a gazebo that we'd had for 18 years. This is very straightforward to erect - at least two people needed but easy to follow. The structure feels very robust - we are using it to create an outdoor space to entertain friends for a glass of something warm during these different times

  The best gazebo I’ve owned!

  Love this gazebo. Bought to house a portable hot tub. With side walls it creates a really great steamed environment and the breathable openings in the roof allow for the inside to breath and no moisture build up.Really sturdy even in strong winds and folds down into a really useful small size which fits in the boot of my hatchback in its bag. A bag with wheels, which is helpful.I bought additional side walls for this so I can wrap it up in windy days to help prevent any lift caused by the wind. The side walls are great too with zippers to help keep it all together. Really takes the chill of the wind off you.A really well thought out solution. Highly recommended if you operate in markets, fairs or outdoor events.

  Easy to assemble and Sturdy

  I am really pleased with this gazebo. I wanted something to host outdoor get togethers in and this has been perfect. We had our first one in howling winds and pouring rain and while the roof did drip a little from the seams it was perfect otherwise. As this is a single skin weather resistant gazebo and not claiming to be weather proof I was not surprised by this and it hasn't dripped on other occasions since when the rain has been more drizzly. So i am thrilled with it. The side wall was bizarre, it didn't reach the floor and didn't seem to match the gazebo at all but i contacted the seller and they sent me the correct replacement sidewall immediately which was the same as the ones I had bought individually and zip closed. So fab customer service and a great product. If you don't want to spend hundreds and you don't want a flimsy £40 waste of time one then this is the one to go for! Also worth noting that I have been able to put this up and take it down by myself, I am a 5ft 3 female so I think most of you would be fine assembling alone although it is easier with two of you obviously.

  On assembling this the first time, I found that the side panel was only 1.5m high and so did not reach the ground. Apart from this, the product appears sturdy and I am happy with the look and the ease of setting up. No idea why side panels would be made too short, however contacted Mastercanopy who responded very promptly (within hours), offering me a new side panel. They didn't have the matching blue in stock, but were able to supply a red one, which I'm okay with.Overall, happy with the product and with supplier. I am expecting to keep it up in the garden for much of spring and summer.

  Easy Gazebo

  This Gazebo ticks all the boxes for me. Conveniently stored in its wheeled holdall it is easy to erect although you do need two people. The whole thing is light weight but once up very sturdy. Granted i haven't had it up when blowing a hoolie or absolutely lashing it down but the sand bags seem to work a treat in anchoring it down and there are guide ropes if additional tethering is required. Has kept us dry thus far in moderate showers. Would recommend after watching a neighbour wrestle with his standard frame gazebo that required a good 30 minutes to erect. Ours took less than 5 minutes without rushing.

  Muster all your strength

  Instructions are fairly straightforward and the video is the best guide. When putting the canopy up for the first time we found it very difficult to get the top sections to lock in. From the video it seemed so easy to press the red button and slide canopy up to lock in, this is not the case, I used my weight to hold down the canopy and pressed the red button while my husband used all his strength to push the canopy up into lock position, hopefully this will become easier with use.The instructions don’t say if you have to remove the canopy cover when you take it back down or if it can be folded away still attached, if anyone knows, it would be useful to know.As for being 100% waterproof that I am yet to find out but I did see needle holes in the stitches on the wind cap area which I think will leak but we will see.Overall it’s a great product, sturdy, great size and well packaged with its own trundle bag which makes taking it with you on your travels far easier.

  Worth the extra

  Have gone through gazebo after gazebo. We have one permanently in our back garden, especially with the pandemic and rules often needing us to congregate outside.Every gazebo we’ve bought (£80~) has blown away, failed, collapsed, been bleached by the sun etc.This one has been up for 4 months so far and still looks like it went up yesterday. Also have used sandbags for the first time and that’s made a huge difference.Bought a second one which has been used near weekly - taken on holiday, borrowed by friends and family, and so far had no issues whatsoever despite all the up/down/up/down.I was sceptical when I came across these, but desperate as we had a party coming up later that week. Not disappointed at all! Worth the extra spend. Highly recommended. Don’t be nervous & spend the extra.
