  Best gazebo on the market.

  We already own one of these but had damaged it so bought it as a replacement. There are loads on the market but this is the best by far. The way the mesh is built into every side and you can quickly clip in solid sides if you wish. Perfect for when the sun moves across the sky.

  It's up, let's hope it stays up!

  Straight off the bat, it takes a good bit longer than 10 mins to put up, closer to 50 mins.My hubby followed the video on Youtube, but where you see the poles sliding though like a hot knife in butter, ours was much closer to a blunt knife and cheese.The poles come apart too easily when sliding through the gaps for them, then when you fit the pegs into the poles you find yourself getting shoved forward (this was without much wind) as the remainder of the tent bounces up and has you staggering all over the place.My neighbours must have been loving the clenched teeth loud whispers of "hold it, stop bloody moving"But we got there eventually, now lets see how long it lasts before the wind tries to make it fly.

  Survived storm Eunice!

  What a shelter…anything that can survive storm Eunice in my view is a winner. It was erected on a patio, with no pegs in the feet due to being on paving. 4 guys lines out plus a few extra and it made fences, trampolines, roof tiles and trees look wimpy! It suffered a little bit of bungee damage on one shade wall but other than that completely unscathed! Well impressed. It didn’t come with the apex hook as per the video but can work around that. I will purchase a few extra shade walls when they become available.

  Not great for scottish summers

  Bought this for a family party. Very easy to assemble in 10-15 mins. Great with the additional sides to keep breeze out bit if you are wanting waterproof get a different one as if you have heavy rain this does not keep it out and leaks from the seams

  Easy set up and take down

  Pack is tidy, set up was easy the second time and took 10mins on my own, comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. Came down and packed quickly, good protection from wind and a decent size, I used reusable cable ties to keep poles from getting tangled in pack.

  Great canopy

  Great piece of kit, managed to put it together by myself but a lot easier and quicker with 2. Used as a temporary cover for the hot tub and worked great , and when camping as a canopy between 2 tents , good construction and can stand up to rough weather, not tested in full on storm but stood up well to winter squalls . Would highly recommend.

  rope that holds poles together broke

  took 3 hours 2 fix the poles and was a nightmae to do. neeeded to use this the following day so did not have time to return. it took 3of of 3 hours to fix the 4 poles. praying they will last as not able to return. it is a lovely dome and easy to put together. make sure you check before needing incase your poles are broke. hope they do not break again after fixing

  I have had the older event shelter for about 10 years & it has been very well used in all kinds of situations. It's major disadvantages are that is too heavy for me to carry any distance at all, & that in a wind it acts like a sail!The event dome is significantly lighter & rather more robustly constructed, even though it has tightly fitted fibre-glass poles which have a tendency to crack. (Mended effectively with gaffer tape). I suspect that the triangular shape of the corners gives the Dome shelter more rigidity as it certainly stands up to the wind better.I have just bought a 3rd Dome for my family of campers even though the price on Amazon has increased significantly in the last 4 months.Highly recommended.

  Perfect gazibo for 8-12 people with table.

  Used once, first time errection took 2 men 20-30 min with head lamps. Camped for 2 days on the south coast of Ireland, pretty windy, but gazibo was not moving. Windproof sidewalls done the job but design could be improved, perhaps more anchor points or zip. Biggest dissapointment was to find no mounts for a light at summit of the gazibo. had to improvise hanging lights on strings between wind shield fixings. Easy enough to disassemble 2 men 10 min. Could do with 3 windproof walls instead of 2 as standard.

  Arrived faulty, collection and refund perfect

  I went to put the dome shelter up and found one of the pole ends was slightly splintered and then the elastic snapped.Hence, I've 3 starred it for sturdiness as it didn't feel quite as sturdy in it's construction as I would have liked/expected.I also 3 starred it for being "lightweight" - the bagged product is not lightweight, if that's what it's trying to say.I did like the idea of it having integral fly mesh walls.I called Amazon as I would have been happy to get just a replacement pole, however there were no more in stock and from what I can tell there is a national shortage so I accepted a return and refund which was exceptionally easy.
