  Really solid and sturdy , great quality for the price. The only issue was two small slits in the canopy that appear to be a manufacturing fault. Sadly Amazon said they would only refund and could not send a replacement product or a canopy as it was a fulfilled by Amazon. I offered to return the item if they could send a replacement as it was for an event that weekend. This was refused I was for the first time very disappointed in Amazon’s service. I buy from Amazon constantly and if they supply they should address the issue. Everything else with the product was first class. We contacted the actual manufacturer who were so helpful even though they did not supply it to Amazon. They immediately agreed to send a replacement canopy free of charge including free the carriage from the US to the UK. Think on Amazon that is world class customer service. thank you ABC Canopies

  Very strong frame, exceptional customer service

  After a lot of research I decided to purchase a Gazebo from ABCCanopy because their numerous reviews seemed to be mainly positive.The tent came in a strong cardboard box and was a lot heavier than I had anticipated. The good news is that it has a really clever storage cover where everything fits in neatly and it has wheels so moving it around is like pushing a parcel trolley.Erecting the tent is common sense and I managed to do it on my own without instructions in less than ten minutes (will be half that in future). It comes with four sandbags to use as weights to hold the frame down and each corner has loops to attach ropes to tie it down if necessary.The frame is much stronger than I had anticipated and far better than anything I had seen in my local garden centres.I’ve had the tent up for two months and it has stood up to some fairly strong winds and heavy rain with no sign of wear, and is 100% waterproof. We have a lot of birds flying over and most poop simply slides off or washes off when it rains but a quick spray with a pressure washer will get any stubborn marks off.The zipped door panel on my tent had a problem with a few teeth missing from the zip so I contacted the company and without hesitation they agreed to send me a replacement. Fantastic customer service!If you want a quality product and great customer service I really recommend ABC Canopy.

  Top quality gazebo

  I spent a long time researching gazebos as I needed something commercial grade, strong, durable and waterproof.I ended up going for this and i'm really glad I did. It is very heavy and solid. I was able to erect it on my own in 10-15 minutes, although it would be much easier and quicker if there were 2 people. Especially if you are not that tall.Well worth the money and from my research, I doubt you will get any better for under £500.

  Great value and quality

  Very sturdy and well built ! We use ours to house a hot tub during the cold weather. We had some very high winds recently and it stood up well. Very easy to assemble and great for portability with a wheeled carry bag. Can also purchase different side configurations so great for using as a stall at fetes or car boots

  Delighted.

  Arrived well packaged with all you need. Two of us managed to get it up within 20 minutes. Structure is solid and well made. The wheeled bag it put the frame in as supplied is a welcome bonus. The only small reservation is the paint coating on the frame is pretty thin. We managed to put some small scratches in it when extending the leg height and they already showing signs of rust. Time will tell how it survives but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another from the seller. Spares are also available. Overall we are very happy.

  We made the right choice for our needs

  We bought a grey one to use on our patio to replace an old one with a canvas roof that turned rain into drizzle! We did a lot of research and, although we found the same level of poor reviews as others, we thought the good reviews were generally much more enthusiastic for this one. We made the right choice as we could see that the windows on some others were an obvious weak point and we didn't need them. Assembly was straightforward for two people. It's been up for a couple of weeks now without the sides and it has been fine. There's no drizzle inside now, however hard it rains. The sides are very easy to fit, with continuous velcro across the top and strong zips down the sides. All the material seems to be good quality as does the workmanship. We haven't used the water bag weights on the legs as we already had the rigid plastic versions that we bought for the old gazebo. They work fine. The storage bag is strong and of good quality. The wheels were easy to fit. It might have been better if the side of the bag had opened rather than the end but that is a very small point. All in all we are delighted and would certainly recommend it.

  Fantastic Gazebo

  Husband and I were able to put it up in about 10 mins. Sides attach with velcro and zip together so all looks nice and neat. Comes with a sturdy transportable bag with wheels. It's withstood some heavy rain wind and even hail! I have had to drop it down a couple of times in strong wind to be on the safe side but we've made sure Its securely tide down with bungee cord. I'm very happy with this Gazebo

  Sturdy and well designed

  I went for this gazebo because the reviews were more believable. I'm glad I did. I put it up myself (which is challenging but doable) in about 5 minutes. The roof is a really good thick material with well though out attachments and extra material at wear points. I havent tried the sides yet, as others said they are of a lower weight material but that doesnt seem like an issue to me. Features i like - ability to screw down feet, three height settings for the legs meant i could have a leg off the decking. The only thing i didnt like was the guy ropes. These are just four lengths of cord, at this price point i expect adjustable sliders. I will be replacing them. Also as others have said they should probably also include 4 more pegs for the feet. All in all, im very pleased.

  Better than I expected

  After reading some of the reviews on this product here I admit to having low expectations but I was surprised. It is very easy to put up, works just like an umbrella really but certainly do need two people to do it. The frame is just one piece, you just pull it all out and click the latches into place, put the canopy on and extend the legs before attaching the sides.We left it up for two weeks before having some strong winds. When I looked out of the window and saw it upside-down in my neighbours garden I thought it had been destroyed. I was so wrong. The frame was all OK, no buckles or dents, I could collapse it with no problem. None of the fabric was torn on my neighbours trees and I was able to retrieve it to be used again.Well worth the price, perfect for the hot weather we're having just now too.

  I bought this to use as an awning area when I am away camping in my horse lorry. Its great. I have to put this up on my own - no problem.There are some easy to understand videos on you tube showing how to put them up, but if you are on your own - you pull out the legs at each corner - if on your own you will need to pull a bit do the next leg and work your way round until they are fully out - then it pushes easily into place. Pus the top canopy in place before you pull the legs fully out and then attach sides later.When you attach the sides it helps to velcro the corners down each leg which just gives it some tension and helps you zip them together - zips fasten from top downI bought at 10KG bag of sand - and this filled the sand bags perfectlyThe cover is great and in wheels so again makes it easy to transport aroundFor the price a no brainer !!
