- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 August 2020Holes for peg in wrong place, cover not attached, screw mechanism poorOverall, not immediately impressed. The parasol fabric was not attached, just put in the box for the buyer to do, which was fiddly, then tried to raise it - all well, but hang on - all the holes for the retaining peg are several inches too high - the limits of the fabric are hit before you get to the first one, and if you got to the second, it would be inverted :-(. Also, the screw mechanism that attaches the top to the bottom is poor - on "good" poles, you feed the top into a tube, and there's a screw at the bottom of that, on this one, the top and the bottom thread straight together - has the disadvantage that it's hard to do with the bottom in place, you have to line up the thread perfectly while holding the heavy top half. Same goes for when removing it, you have to be ready to grab the top half, because as soon as you've unscrewed it, there's nothing to stop it immediately falling.Modfied to make it work.

Stored in a cover when not in use and shed overnight.Amazon page says to contact supplier, supplier say to contact Amazon.What a waste of £85!Not a happy customer, don't waste your money!

- What is the diameter of the canopy please?Sorry, I don't know. I had to send it back as one of the spokes was broken. It looked as if it wouldn't take much to break the others, so even though I liked the parasol, I didn't request a replacement.
