  Nice product

  Nice parasol, very lightweight and covers the area intended, the only downside are the quality of the bolts provided, we used stronger ones as we were very unsure about the fixing strength of the bolts supplied but that was our own personal preference. looks compact and tidy when closed and it is very easy to operate.

  Great parasol . I hanged it on the wall by myself, came with all the fixings very easy to do . Would probably recommend two people to do it just to make it easier . Came with a nice cover that I wasn’t aware of nice surprise. Would definitely recommend.

  Can be rotated to sit flush to the wall or in a diamond position

  I have a 2m square gap between a conservatory wall and hot tub/pergola that I wanted to fill to add privacy and this was perfect. It can be rotated to align flush to a straight edge or at a 45 degree/diamond position (and anything in between).

  Poorly designed and broken. Doesn’t work, But looks great!

  This was broken after less than a weeks use. The photos say it all. The piece underneath fell out after being used for less than a week. The poorly designed grooves wore down because they’re made of plastic. Where the plastic slots into the grooves to hold the parasol in place it has worn out so no longer holds the parasol where it should be. The spring has come out and it’s terribly designed.Also after attempting to speak with their customer service teams and numerous messages back and forth to try and get a replacement item sent out. They have sent the wrong replacement.Seeing as these are all out of stock I can’t get a replacement parasol either.It’s a shame because it does the job. Just really a poor design and a poor customer service team.

  Works well

  I bought this to replace a floor standing parasol as it kept being blown over, even when down. This is very sturdy and will certainly solve that problem.It is also quick and easy to open and close.It is supplied with a cover to use when it is closed which was a surprise. The fit is not perfect around the mechanism that attaches to the wall but it should keep the worst of the weather off the parasol.

  Brilliant product

  I love this product. Easy to attach to the wall. The bolts are those that expand when knocked into the wall so it's extremely sturdy. It's great because it can be attached to the wall at a height to suit. It is very easy to open & close. I am 75 and find the free standing umbrellas difficult to open & close & always too high. Brilliant.

  Good but......

  Nice piece of kit and does a good job. Only downside is opening the out. It's a bit heavy and requires some manhandling to start the opening sequence. Once you've managed to get it started, it gets easier and 'click' it's open! Mind you, mine is in a bit of a awkward place as it is over a balcony and can only be got to by leaning over the balustrade. So, all in all it's fine.

  This parasol is great. Really good quality, well packaged, versatile fitting design and a very quick delivery. However when we came to install it the corner of our patio where we wanted to site it on our wall was not tall enough. I called the company to see if we could return it, I spoke to Sophie who was simply amazing and so customer focused, she said it was not a problem to return the parasol and arranged to have their couriers collect it the next day. I can’t recommend this company enough and will most definitely be shopping with them again. A real pleasure to do business with thank you Sophie.

  Great product at a competitive price

  So far so good! It’s only been up a couple of months but I purchased the parasol as I’d imagined a one with a stand would just blow over with even the slightest of breezes and was not disappointed.The bracket was easily mounted on the wall above our outdoor patio area. I did however purchase some other fittings to go into the brick work as we live quite high up and do get gusts of wind from time to time, but I’m sure the ones supplied would have sufficed.The mechanism makes it really easy to put up and take down in seconds and it comes with a neat storage bag too for when not in use.Obviously this product is not designed to be used in gale force winds so please bear in mind it’s best to put down whenever not in use. However, when the weather is good and there’s a breeze it’s absolutely fine.The parasol also rotates from the wall bracket so you can move it around as the sun moves.A great product that I’m very satisfied with!
