  I ordered a parasol and 4 weights.Assembled parasol and then realised only 2 weights supplied.Parasol unusable as unsafe without 4 weights.Item needed for the day of assembly (family event on a Saturday) so had to make other arrangements.Initiated Amazon return process.This is where the fun starts:- Amazon don't want to know- I have to deal with the seller direct.- Seller prepared to accept goods back but at my expense.It seems most unjust that I have to suffer the cost of the seller's foul-up.Now it seems I'm into a round of exchanges via Amazon website where I set out the situation and someone comes back with a stock reply that doesn't address the issue.Disappointed to say the least.

  The parasol is good , but only to realize it either needs to be grounded for support or needs mandatory base weights. When you order this , there is no prompt or cautionary statement. Once I recd the product I realised it had nothing included to ground support it and had to order weights. The weights on its own was not available so when I raised a message I got a specific link to order , further when I checked the same product on their (net world sports) website the link shared was almost 25% cheaper on direct website vs amazon link. The cost to return was also on myself so net so if you want to order check the vendor website for better deal then amazon, dont forget to order weights alongwith it. At the end I ordered weights directly on vendor website , so be careful.

  Great Product Great customer service.

  Great parasol. Lights look fantastic. But best thing was the fantastic customer service we had. There was a little hole in the canopy which as we wanted it to protect us from the rain whilst in our hot tub was an issue. After contacting the seller they arranged for a full replacement sent by express delivery.

  Parasol with weights really sturdy and looks great

  I received part of the order - The weights , the parasol and cover didn’t arrive. I contacted the seller and they contacted the delivery firm but parasol could not be traced. The seller then dispatched an other parasol and cover which did arrive and it was worth the wait.This was easy to assemble and does a perfect job.. I will advise anyone buying this cantilever parasol to buy the weights also.I would recommend this set.

  The parasol arrived along with the four weights and cover. I opted for the standard one ie: not LED. A very good buy, strong and solid so hopefully will last a long time. The parasol is large enough to keep you safe from the sun in all directions. A little fiddly erecting it first time but as that’s only going to be once or twice a year it’s not a problem. Quality is good, sturdiness is good, operation is good. Overall a good buy and I would recommend this product.

  Good but could do with stabilizing

  I like this as it gives good cover. Could however hav a strap that , when open, can be anchored to the support so that the cantilever itself doesn’t move around with the wind and is possibly more static. I have managed to attach a strap to the umbrella and then tie it to the support.

  Moves in the wind

  Easy to build, very easy to put up and down and its huge coverage is great, would recommend not leaving it up in anything other than a strong breeze as the umbrella head will move around a lot. The heavy base though ensures it wont move or topple. Pleased with the product given the low cost.

  Took ages to arrive, easy to put together, I went with a white/cream colour, quite thin material but knocks out light/sun well, I used 15kg weight on each foot to weigh it down as it falls over without the weights, especially when windy,The only thing is it will be bulky to store, good value

  This item was not described well enough. The brollie winder is really high up, as I brought it for my 80 year old mother who is only 4'10" she can't operated it without getting some steps which is dangerous. And is not sturdy when in the up position so had to return it. Also the return prosedure was difficult and costly as not only did I pay delivery I had to pay again to return it. (Not a good buy.) Disappointed.

  Good value, but needs support in wind

  Works well, great coverage and looks good. Great value. Only issue is movement in the wind... Suggestion: get some bungie cord to hook the spokes to the poll and a nearby wall etc... works a treat.
