Our last umbrella has been damaged by winds so we bought this one. I didn't even expect that it would be so good. The fabric is very good quality, seems very durable, but lightweight. It has smooth opening and closing with a hand crank, easy to use, easy to put it together, strong and stable pole. Absolutely good value for money. I strongly recommend it!

Although the size is big, it is surprisingly easy to manage, as with the rolling handle it can open the parasol to different levels and tilt to the angle you like. We even used it in the drizzling rains in the last few days. Great add on to our new decking.

Perfect item for rainy weather. Cover big table and four seats perfectly. Color is neutral. Definitely recommend.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 June 2021No way to contact the companyThe umbrella took quite some time to arrive, it's a lovely colour and looks well made but unfortunately the one we were sent has a flaw in the fabric, it looks like a bubble with a gap where you can see the light through it. I'm concerned it might go into a hole.I've tried to contact the company but seems there is no way of speaking to them, I guess its because it's from the EU.

It would be even better if umbrella stand is provided with it, but luckily not much issue for us as the table had a hole for umbrella. Unfortunately after releasing it from the box, there was no lower pole so I had to return it. It was picked up the following day and money refunded within hours. I would order another but without the pole...maybe not!

- Can you adjust the height of this parasol?You can adjust the height of the parasol but the parasol will only be at full openness once at the top. There are obviously points in the height where the parasol openness varies in line with the krank handle used for heightening and opening the parasol at the same time, so also at lower height it is more closed than open.
- Bottom segment has bent in the wind, where can I buy a new one? It’s less than a year old and it wasn’t even windy or not that much.Contact Amazon customer service and ask for a replacement, the pole is very thin metal we had the same problem.
