Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 May 2020Fantastic Value for Money, Just Remember to Read the Note About the Solar Lights!Great parasol at a bargain price. For those worrying about the solar lights, we took the advice of previous reviews and found that the panel comes with a film on it and with the internal plug disconnected. Once you take the film off and connect the plug it works just fine, so please don't be put off if yours doesn't turn on straight out of the box.It feels high quality, the crank is useful and makes it look more expensive that it is, and the material and lights are stylish and attractive. You will need a weight/stand for the parasol so do remember to factor that into your budget, however it is a standard pole so should fit fine with most weights.Overall we would certainly recommend, as it's great value for money.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 June 2021BeautifulLove it. My garden is south facing and the sun is always beating down straight from above, so there's never any shade with a regular parasol. Got this and the tilt function is a game changer. We can actually sit outside and eat now without burning. The only slight downside is it's very tall, so to put a protective cover on it I have to stand on a chair or stool. Apart from that it's great, and the little lights are really pretty too.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 June 2021Excellent valueGood quality garden parasol. Lights are not super bright just pretty and adds some sparkle to your evening. Just remember to connect them as ours came disconnected. Take off the solar bit and plug the 3 bits together. One recommendation is get a heavy stand it weighs a bit. We bought the recommended 9kg but should have gone a bit heavier. Fine on a hot sunny day though with no strong breeze.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 May 2020MOST IMPRESSEDExcellent item but as usual the instructions are only good for one thing toilet paper you must remove the solar panel and push the connectors together for the LED LIGHTS to work which they do really well
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 June 2020Excellent product, great quality, value for money! What a fanatastic product! Bought to replace an umbrella bought for a lot more than this and broke very quickly. Such a study umbrella it faired well in the recent wind and rain. The lights are a lovely touch in the evening. For anyone who is having trouble getting them to work - you need to pop of the solar panel section on the top and there will be 2 wires that need to simply be clicked together. Once you’ve done this the lights will work. Would highly recommend to anyone. Better than the pictures and a beautiful addition to any garden.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 July 2020Easy to Set UpNeeded two people for first setting, due to size, already was aware of setting the LEDs battery and charge circuit on the top of the post so no problems with that. Very easy to wind up and down due to a clear symbol on the post and easy to tilt once got used to how to operate
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 July 2021Parasol with lightsLoved the look of this parasol and wasn’t disappointed. The lights are more for prettiness than for extra light which is what I wanted. You do need a large heavy base as it will tip when in tilt position if there is any wind, but as it’s quite a large parasol this is obvious.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 June 2020Great buyAbsolutely lovely, lights make all the difference looking a recent reviews it’s confusing how you get the lights on you must switch the red switch to 1 on the pole then to connect the LED lead to lights unscrew the top knob of the parasol and connect lead together doesn't tell you this in the information leaflet
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 August 2019Very well made and good valueIt’s not at all flimsy the material is strong, easy to put up and it looks lovely. Very pleased with it.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 June 2020Soft lights under sturdy umbrella.Easy to assemble. Had to open the solar panel to connect the wires so the lights would work. Lights aren’t very bright. But give a nice ambience when lit. Can buy cheaper umbrellas but the lights are a nice touch. Seems strong and easy to use the crank handle to open the umbrella. Glad I bought it.
