- Can you give me the diameter of upper pole that fixes to a base as we already have a baseHi, its 38mm.
- Does the base come with this itemThe basic base does as shown in the picture, but you will need to weigh it down. We use some large flint rocks bought from a garden centre, proper weight are expensive.
