A good size for a circular 6 seater table so everyone gets some shade if sun directly above. Instructions were all in German. However most disappointed to find it does not tilt as described in details. Have kept it as old one had broken and we needed parasol for the sudden wonderful sun and heat that took us by surprise. It doesn't seem as robust as our old one, but time will tell about durability and sturdiness when we get high winds and heavy rain.

- Will a 25kg base be adequate?Definitely
- Does it come ready assembled?Yes mine came assembled other than the pole was in two pieces. Although the listing showed the two parts screwed together, mine was just a straight push together with a sprung locking pin. Pleased so far.
- Can you tell me how the tilt mechanism works please?As is says in the description it is a 'straight umbrella with 8 struts including hand crank for easy opening'. There is no tilt mechanism even though it says it has!
- Does it require assembly?No assembly required apart from slotting the bottom pole into top pole - they click together so not difficult.
