Durable & Heavy Duty: This sun shade rail is made of 180g/m² HDPE (high-density polyethylene, which is a thermoplastic, not polyester or oxford fabric), woven with high quality lock-stitch construction for strength and impact resistance. Double stitched seams around the edges and corners with 4cm width webbing inside all help to enhance the lifespan. UV Inhibitors added to fabric to deflect the damage caused by the sun, won't rot or absorb moisture.
Breathable & Protective: Thanks to the UV inhibitors in the material, the shade rail can block 80%-85% of UV, protect our skin from harmful rays. it is permeable to air and water, allows cool air to penetrate the shade sail, providing an airy, comfortable, and well-ventilated space. The material is opaque, while let light through, can protect your privacy to a certain extent.
Stylish Curved Design: The perimeter of each sail is designed with a pleasing curve inwards towards the center of the sail to control the fabric tension. - The sizes are from D-ring to D-ring, not the textile surface. All dimensions are approximate and with tolerance ca +/- 5cm.

- Concave cut side edges makes the sail smooth and tight. The protective shade is smaller than the given dimensions due to its concave shape.

When you hang them at a right angle (on two right angle walls) the two short sides hang down whereas the long side is tight. You can clearly see the line of tension is about 3/4 inches in from the seams at the midway point. Sent back for a refund

I love the material it’s made from, at first I thought it was cheap knitted plastic but this actually made me repurchase in the end. It’s a light strong material that allows a little light through but more importantly it lets the rain drain through, which is very important in our country! I bought another sail in between but this was made from a tent like material which sagged and was difficult to make taught when hanging - complete opposite to this brand. The only downside it that when you get it out for the second summer the d-rings may have perished which is what happened to my first sail.

Didn't use the rope ties as fixed to the wooden structure instead which worked well luckily we were able to obtain the correct size. Now had chance to test it out and it does give plenty of shade and looks great. So pleased with it we also bought a triangular one to add a little more shade. Love them both and would recommend
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 April 2021Keeps the glare down in the conservatoryI bought two of these to cut down the glare from the sun in my conservatory.I decided on cream so that it did not cut down on the light but allowed enough shade that I didn't have to wear sunglasses to read a book.It's been perfect for those really sunny days we had a week ago. They are easy install and are UV stable so the sun should not cause them any problem. When I consider that I was quoted 6K for roof blinds I think these are pretty good value.

One flap hung down on front of the door obstructing it and the longer side made it hang lower than it should simply because if the flap. Very disappointed. We returned this sail, getting a full refund but cost me for postage even though it was faulty. Don’t be fooled by the bargain price they offer for return postage either, I saved £3 sending it 1st class tracked with Royal Mail on what they offered.I have since order from another company, different make Same size etc, on amazon cheaper and I am delighted with my sail

It was quite easy to put up although did take a few adjustments to get straight. It is a slightly open weave so I’m not really sure it will provide full protection from birds, but so far so good.

The ropes were a bit low quality but we purchased with the stainless steel fixings kit which was extremely high quality. Really pleased with overall quality. Its been an absolute godsend this summer.

The sides curve in too much so doesn't provide the required shade or fit well (much more than in the product photos). This was mentioned in other reviews but I thought I'd give it try anyway. Bit disappointed. We have gone back to using our parasol.

Not sure about UV blocking properties as you get quite a bit of sun though the material weave. Overall pleased with the product.
