- The material of our shade sail is 100% high density polyethylene (HDPE). More healthy and safe.
- It is waterproof and tear resistance.
- 180 g / m2, which is breathable that allows water and air to go through freely, prevent pooling water.

Highly recommended!I purchased this 3m x 5m garden “sun shade sail” because my daughter absolutely loves to play outside, but I worry about her getting sun burnt (even with sun cream on). This shade is brilliant, it has created a huge area of shade and now my daughter can play outside safely! It was relatively easy for my husband to put up, just a bit of drilling and measuring the rope etc. We also purchased a telescopic camping pole separately, to hold up one of the corners that wouldn’t reach to a suitable wall. It’s all working perfectly, I’m so pleased!

I went for the cream colour, it blocks the sun but still make the area under the sail light. It has really helped keep the temperature of our back room down by stopping the sun shining into the room.

It is the measurements its says but stretches more than that.You need to really stretch it to get wrinkled out.It is quite easy to fit.However, you will get wet when it rains.It does however keep the damp off you sitting under it.excellent value coming with fittings.

It gave the shade that we required over our seating area in the garden. We have noticed this week that it is shredding little grey bits of plastic. It is all over our seating, so we have to clean it regularly. Looks like it won't last long.. Disappointed.

- Would this be effective inside a glass roofed conservatory in order to reduce the heat during summer months?The sail reduces the direct heat from the sun and allows the air to flow beneath it. I would use one in a conservatory
- Are the metal parts in the fitting kit rust-proof? For example, stainless steel.This sail is great just the job, no idea if the fixings are rust proof as installed it with a sail fixing kit with adjustable tightners so this enabled it to be removed so it never really got wet.
- It is waterproof? When it rains can you stay underneath it?No, there are tiny gaps in the wave. It keeps most of the rain of but you won't stay dry.
