Well made with strong loops at each corner, secured with reinforced stitching and supplied with four securing cords. Completely waterproof, so I would advise erecting with a cross fall so that rain water runs off and doesn’t pool on the canopy.

It covers and shades the table and seating area, and the big advantage is that there are no 'legs' or poles to trip over. We have various steps,and lots of flower filled planters dotted about, so a conventional framed sunshade would not have worked well, and umbrellas don't seem to shade enough unless they are huge - and then they blow over. (We've tried them all). This was easy to install, and can be moved up and down and backwards and forwards a certain amount by adjusting the ropes. A really good buy - I am delighted with it.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 April 2020Superb quality, impressively shadyI can't vouch for its waterproofing because we're using two of the 2m square of these indoors, as sun shades inside a conservatory that became unbearably hot last summer. Very easily rigged; sturdy without being weighty. Having had different makes outdoors previously, it's clear that all these sun shades are not precisely square or rectangular because, no doubt inevitably, the corners pull out and the sides curve in to an extent. These square ones also do that, but only to a minimum. Impressed enough to have just ordered a third.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 May 2020Effective sail for the gardenTo be honest wasn’t sure it would be that effective, but it’s great way to shade and not have the worry of a free standing umbrella swinging around in the slightest bit of wind. This does the job if you install correctly, ideally fit it when it’s sunny, you can position it better as you can see the shade straight away!

It didn’t quite fit our gazebo frame which was its support so we had to make a few adjustments but it went up very well. It has not been exposed to very harsh weather conditions yet but seems very well made. It is a bright white colour which is good as the patio is still light but the direct sunlight is blocked.

I went for the 5m triangle version and now have a fantastic patch of shade throughout the day.Installation required a few bits and pieces - it really depends what you’re securing it too. I used a tree, a wall and a fence post.Would definitely recommend this sail.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 August 2019If you don't want to fry in the sun...The sail certainly looks very well made. The cloth, stitching and D-rings are all top quality. I found it a doddle to hang it up under my pergola using turnbuckles and snap hooks. I haven't left in out in the rain yet to say how it fairs but the instructions advise setting it up with a 30deg slope to prevent water collecting, unfortunately this isn't possible in my situation. I aim to take it down before the rain comes.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 November 2019QualityI bought this to cover my pergola which holds my hot tub but i did think it was proper canvas.. in my head i thought it would be like the canvas used in tents in the old days.So it didnt really work for me. I suppose thats the disadvantage of buying on line.I will do more research next time.

You need to buy some large, strong eye hooks and we also bought additional rope. The eyelets on the sun sails are really strong so it just a matter of using eye hooks on fence or wall and rope in between sail and hook. Hope this helps. - How do i install it I have no instructions for my sail I am a female with no ideaYou will need to fit this somewhere you can pull it really tight and at an angle so rain can slide off. Ours is fixed going high on garage wall to lower garden fence using Eversee sail fixings: go wider than the sail dimensions to pull it taut.
