If using on a dresser or sideboard the mirror can be lent against the wall, so you can use it as a makeup or vanity mirror.

- What is the frame made of?I chipped mine recently (well, my teenage daughter did while moving it round constantly to do her hair), and it seems to be a plaster type material. It's actually a very nice mirror, I'd recommend it.
