Sellers communication was pretty good I can’t fault it. The matter was dealt with very quickly and a full refund given without the need to post it back. Can’t really ask for better.The box arrived un damaged so it was probably a manufacturing issue... as I said it was disappointing opening it to find it all scratched..... hope they get more in as I would buy again.

However package was wrapped in a polystyrene covering of no real protective thickness. The box was also pretty flimsy. There were no stickers saying fragile etc. It arrived smashed. The return and refund process is proving to be time consuming. The quality of the product was not that great either the frame was loose around the mirror and didn’t look stable.

Looks great on the wall however, up close there is quite a few scratches and marks on it when it arrived. Would probably expect it to be in slightly better condition but I guess you get what you pay for

- Is this silver mirror powder coated or painted metal, or raw metal? Is it shiny or matt and is it silver or a bit darker like gunmetal? ThanksI have it in black not silver. Its really nicely finished

- Does the hanging chain automatically come with the mirror or must I request it?Hi, ours didn't come with a chain, just a little hole at the back that fits over a screw.
- Is the hanging hook at the back weak? It seems as though it will easily get pulled out from the frame.The mirror and fixing are incredibly strong. Not had any problems at all with mine. I hung a garland from the mirror for Christmas and it didn't put any extra strain on it.
