Customer questions and answers
- how long is power cable1.5 m
- Does anybody have any news on running costs? It's not bad cheaper than a fan heater. I have had it on all day cost me £2.70, but that's only with one bar.
- Do not cover - in the image there is a do not cover logo at the top and middle of the panel, can this be removed only it ruins the aesthetic?Yes remove just don't put anything over the top
- is that an infrared panel? No. It's a glass front panel with the convector heater behind.
