With its sparkling grey exterior, Ingenio Elegance cookware also makes a beautiful serving dish once the handle is removed. So, you can go straight from oven to table.

- Are they suitable for use on a gas hob?Hi, yes they are but you need to get the correct set of pans. Don't get the halogen pans if you're using them on a gas hob.
- what is induction hobs. regards jkInduction jobs have smooth glass tops with embedded elements. When electric current is applied, the changing electromagnetic field creates the heat which heats the metal of the pan which in turn heats the food in it. David Carr
- I bought this item however small pan has blistered and has started to peel offAll mine did to be honest. Totally rubbish. I didn't know till after I binned them someone said there was a 12 month warranty on them. I was super careful with mine too... a lot of money wasted.
- I need glass lids for both the pans, where or what can anyone recommend.Amazon do a lid set for theses pans or you can buy direct from tefal.
