- Can I get spare parts for the filters?They are mash filters which u have to wash only, otherwise i dont think there is something on the market as spare
- what is the energy consumption for this unit and how loud is it? (decibels)A Rating on the energy consumption. It isnt quiet but isnt too loud either. i've had £600 aircons and they've been the same in every way. I would definitely recommend this one.
