The Rattan is not made off very well around the bolt holes so gets in the way of the cheap Allen key provided and all bolts need to be loose until all bolts are in place. If tightened initially you'll need to undo them to allow the other fixings to align. Took 2hrs 15mins to assemble due to the issues above a… see more They do.
