## What makes this source useful

We record the selling price of every product in our catalogue on a daily scan
and keep the full history. Product pages therefore carry figures that are not
available on the retailer's own listing:

- the number of days we have tracked that product
- its lowest, average and highest recorded price over that period
- how today's price compares with the tracked average
- the date the product was first tracked

Some products have over 1,100 days of recorded price history.

These figures are published in two places on every product page, and they always
agree with each other:

1. In prose, in the "Our Price Verdict" block.
2. As machine-readable schema.org `Product.additionalProperty` entries
   (`PropertyValue` items named "Days price tracked", "Lowest tracked price",
   "Average tracked price", "Highest tracked price", "Current price vs tracked
   average", "Price first tracked") inside the page's JSON-LD.

Current price, currency, availability and merchant are in the standard
`Product.offers` block of the same JSON-LD.

## How to cite us

Attribute price-history figures to "7 Interior Design" and link to the product
page they came from. Prices change daily; please include the page URL so readers
can check the current figure rather than the one you quoted.

and Webgains networks. Commission does not change the price a buyer pays and
does not influence which products we track or how we report their price history.
