- is it the same on each side - the rounded shape I mean?The pillow is the same shape on both sides and your head is softly molded into it in a comfy supported way - it took a while to get used to the puffy jelliness of it as I had a feather pillow before.
- Is this pillow really 12cm high? It looks a lot thinner than that in the pictures. Thank you.It is thinner than 12 cm over most of its suface. It looks deeper because it is curved on top. But it is flat underneath. It's quite comfortable, but not as supportive or deep as my old Dunlopillo pillow. I have to use a regular one underneath.
- How soft is this pillow?Hi, in my opinion, it's neither too soft or too hard, if that makes any sense. I got it to give support to my neck, which I didn't get with my old hollow fibre pillows.
