Customer questions and answers

  • Are the colours in the description (Grey, Beige) available or only the Jade?
I think theyre all available. Jade is actually emerald.

However, the stickers are quite large and there is no markings underneath them. I also found that it appears as if they have bored holes into the wood, where the screws are supposed to go but they are not visible under the material and if one feels for the holes he / she will feel that the bored holes are too large for the screws. What I did is got as close as I could without risking the wood splitting due to the holes and I used a drill to drive the screws in. see less
  • Does an yone know if the settee is light or dark grey as i keep getting both colours coming up
I would describe it as a mid grey with slight mink tones, depending on the light
  • How do you get the back to stay up? Mine won’t stay in the sofa position unless it pop it against the wall...
If you pull it forward and then lay it all the way down, just then bring it back up slowly, ensuring not to come too far. It should then lock in position, but if you bring it too far forward, it will lay back down again. Good luck
