Customer questions and answers
- Can the mounting strips underneath be unscrewed and removed as the wall is not square and I need to scribe the shelf to fit and replace the mountingI believe the mounting strips are glued in position. But they are only softwood and could easily be scribed.
- what are these like in the bathroom for condensation steam etc?Not used in bathroom but they are solid wood so would imagine they would be fine although doubt I would use unless I painted them very strong though
- Can these be painted or would the waxed finish cause problems?I am sure you can paint it. I have put an oil protection on my shelf to protect it from water stains. No problems at all
- Can anyone tell me the distance between the holes on the mounting brackets, and distance from the inner edge to the first hole, on the 7 and 12 inch?For 12” shelf screws holes are 140 mm apart. Inner edge to first screw hole 60mm on one bracket, 85mm on other
