- Is it 2 stools ?Hi, I think you'll find that it is only one stool. I think the fact that they refer to 'stools' is because there is more than one colour. Try putting it in your basket and see what comes up, you can always delete and remove it. Hope this helps.
- Anyone know the maximum weight it can take?Not sure but me Father in law who is really big, He’s taking 120kg. He sat on it and no problem.

- Did the stool come with instructions or extra part inside plate that fits under seat? Lever is floppy so does not engage, lower or higher the stool.Yes ours did come with instructions did you remove the black plastic cover on top of the ram to reveal the red plastic cover if not the black plastic cover will be stuck in the top of the tube that's fixed to the seat if that is the case remove that and it should solve your problem
