- The light and clock keep turning off. How do I prevent this?I had this problem and the only way it seemed to work was to keep it plugged in all the time. Not ideal and another reason for my poor rating of the product.
- How do you get the light to turn off?When it’s on the normal light mode not coloured press it 3 x and it’ll turn off (just gentle touch )
- I cant get my phone to connect with the speaker, it says i need the app? But the ones i have dl for the speaker dont work, any ideas?My daughter’s just connects via Bluetooth.
