- Why can you not use an off the shelf LED light bulb?Completely different voltage and phase. I woud guess that the bulb supplied would last for 100s of hours but in the unlikely event that it didn't, you can purchase a replacement from the seller. Great little light for a dining centre piece but don't expect it to be bright. I would certainly buy again.
