They are beautiful and of good quality. But unfortunately the instructions are total crap. I had to figure out most myself. Some tips: 1) the bottom branch needs to be connected to the central ball directly, that means you have to leave out the bolt that is pre-installed in the bottom part of the ball. You then screw on top of the bolt from the bottom branch the long bolt that has a hole for the electrical wires that come out the bottom branch. 2) mount all the other branches in such a way that the sub-branch that sticks out furthest faces downward (every branch has 3 sub-branches). In that way you avoid later on that the glass bulb covers touch each other. You cannot avoid that totally but with a little bit of turning of the branches and glass covers it turns out well. 3) buy 4 electrical clip wire connectors to put the white and black wires together. (I used 2 connectors for the white and 2 for the black as with just 2 cinnectors there are simply too many wires. Hope this helps a bit see less
