When remote controller/light engine are not work：
1. Put a NEW battery that works well on your other remote (many batteries are faulty) in this remote controller. --Make sure your battery works well.
2. Press the button "ON", to see the indicator light of the remote controller lit up or not. (If not please send us the photo of press the button but indicator light not lit up, we will send you a replacement)
3. Power on the light engine, use the remote to turn on , press the button"Music off" , then choose a static color like Red, Blue to see if it now all work well.

- What is the difference between this product and the waterfall version? Are both suitable to put on the floor in a sensory room for a child to touch?The sensory one is cut by hot knife so the fiber optic cable is not easy to fall out compare to this. And the fiber optic cable is sparkle fiber optic cabke, it is more beautiful than this light kit.
- How do i activate the sound?It doesn't have sound it reacts to sound from what I can make out. Using the remote. Talk or play music and the lights react to it. Hope this helps. If you discover otherwise please let me know.
- Does this seller sell 3000k warm white version? I cannot find one in buying options.u can set pritty white as any color you want
