will this be ok for the hot water in a bungalow where the tank is on the ground floor.. runs my current mixer ok
Can't see why not its not pressure dependant it's just a tap.

Not sure if this answers your question. The side handle does it all ...sweep to back is cold sweep to front is hot sweep right to full bore sweep left to off. Comes with 2 flex braids for 15mm compression connection.

Does the tap have your easy fix system on it ?
