- All the parts appear to be present but none in any separate protective wrapping in the box. It appears to be one that has been returned or is it ok?I just had the tap and 2 little chrome fittings for different size pipes works well
- How far does the weight need to drop from where the tap is attached to the sink?Allow about 580mm from the underside of the sink
- Does this kitchen tap retract automatically?Yes, this kitchen mixer is self retracting and I can easily put the hose back in after using it, which is a great convenience for me.
- The switch on the pull out unit for the spray is completely limp. There appears to be no click to establish on or off. Is it faulty?It must be faulty
