It is non-slip and personally I wish I had known about these years ago as it has been a godsend, no more stacking baking tins on top of each other and then having to remove some to get to the one you want. You customise each of the sections to accommodate individual tins and then it is so easy to slide out and replace the tin you want to use. Would not do without it now. see less
