Customer questions and answers

  • does the tray automatically drain into the sink or do you have to tip?
I find it drains about 90% There’s always a little pool left which needs tipped.
  • How big is this item? Can I fit pans and pots in the top or bottom ?
The item is good size for me to use. You can fit your pots and pans at the top.

  • How wide are the gaps for the plates? We have chunky tableware that needs wide slats
They’re quite wide. I think it should suffice. However, it depends on your idea of ‘chunky’? My girlfriend’s idea of big if definitely different to mine, and my ex’s. Her idea of big is Ginormous in most people’s views. So unless your plates are over an inch wide (bottom rack) or 2 inches wide (top rack). You should be ok.
