Introducing Global’s next generation of professional kitchen knives: the Ni range. This premium quality collection takes the original, award-winning Global knife design and improves it for better balance, more control and superior cutting power.
The blades are still crafted from Global’s signature CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, but are constructed with longer handles, thicker blades and a rounded spine. These changes make the knife slightly heavier than previous Global ranges and added to the extra sharpening process they are made with, leads to a swifter and easier cut as well as an even more stable and precise grip overall.
The 14cm Tomato knife features a razor-sharp, saw-like serrated blade, which is ideal for slicing soft fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes and peaches, without tearing or crushing the flesh on the inside. The knife will also cut up meat with ease.
