- Can you give me a description of the gift box, is it lined and does the cutlery sit within slots, what material is the outer?The outer is like a cardboard box. The inside is lined but the cutlery did not fit too well in the slots. You had to keep the box even or the cutlery moved. Nevertheless it is lovely cutlery and keeps its looks even after dishwashing.

- Does it come in the canteen box as pictured?Yes its in a canteen box, inside a viners box and is delivered in a big cardboard box so is very well packaged. I was very pleased with it, it's really well presented and is very good quality. bought this as a wedding gift and the couple were delighted with it.
