Production Process:
After printing the drawings on thermal inkjet paper (smooth surface) or sublimation paper (rough surface, after printing to dry), cut the drawings, wrap them on the surface of the cup, and fix 4 corners with high temperature tape. Turn on the power of the baking cup machine, set the temperature, put the cup into the baking cup pad, press the handle to try to adjust the pressure by pressing the pressure, press the execution button, wait for the temperature to rise, and count down to complete the long beeping of the machine. Take out the cup and tear off the drawing.
1. If the color of the printed cup is very light, or the color is different, this is because the temperature is too low or the time is too short, the pressure is too small or uneven, and the temperature, time and pressure should be increased accordingly. 5 degrees adjustment is appropriate!
2. If the color of the printed cup is good, but the image is blurred, or the picture is stuck, this is caused by excessive temperature or excessive pressure. It should be adjusted properly!
3. If the texture of the paper appears on the surface of the cup after printing, this is too much pressure, and the time is too long, so it should be properly adjusted. (Note: Customers who use sublimation paper printing cups must print and finish printing and then print)!
