- Can the towel rail be fitted with the heating element on the leftIf you absolutely need to have the heating element on the other side and you are a practical person, then you can swap it over if you are careful. But do it before you fit it to the wall and do it upside down so that you don’t lose any of the oil.
- How long is the electric cableMine was cut to about 14 inches to fit to outlet. It was done in my absence so I don't know original length. I'm sure an e mail to the manufacturer will help you.
