Customer questions and answers

  • Can it be wall mounted vertically
Hi Tony, please note it is not advised to mount this product vertically as it would effect the operation of the product. Thank You for using Amazon Q&A.
  • What space is needed in front before furniture?
Hi R Hall, There are no specific minimum spacing requirements regarding furniture for this product. However the following is stated in the installation guide 'Ensure that curtains and furniture are not positioned close to the chosen position, as this would create a potential firehazard.' Thank You for using Amazon Q&A.
  • Is it cheap to run on my electric bill? I want to use in a summerhouse to maintain the temperature at night so it doesn’t get too cold.
Assuming your electricity costs roughly 14p per KwH, the heater would cost about 7p per hour to run. Each ten hour use would therefore cost you 70p. With the heater cutting in and out on the thermostat it would be even less. I hope this helps.
  • what are the running costs
Hi Mrs M, unfortunately we are unable to estimate running costs as this would depend on several different factors such as usage/environment/tariff costs ect. Thank You for using Amazon Q&A.
