- Can coal be used with this heater?Yes you can place coal , logs and paper on it or petrol I’d expect but as it’s an electric heater there’s not much point. Bit like putting coal in the tank of a car to make it run ?? What a stupid bloody question. No wonder some are confused about Covid rules you need your backsides wiping ?
