- Is this tv friendly?The TV should be at least 20cm away from the top of the fireplace. Thank you.
- I bought this fireplace. It’s very loud when the heat is on and when the screen just displays the flames (heat off) it’s now making a tapping noise???It does make a noise when the heat is on, but I wouldn't say its very loud. Mine doesn't make any noise when the flame is on without the heat.
- The install method suggest it can be recessed into wall, however, the air inlet appears to be at the back. So, how does that work?As well as the back there are intake vents to either side of the heater which is central in the three slots in the top of the front panel. Mine sits in a frame so it uses these inlets when I need to use the heater which is rarely, I just use the flame effect.
- Is the entire front of this fire glass ?The front it's glass, but there is 3 vents about 40mm X 200mm along the top. Air in and heat out
