- Hi, how noisy is it with the Heater on?Hi' with only the flame effect on there is no noise, when the heater turns on when the temperature drops it's similar to a hair dryer blowing. Hope this helps.

- hi, the led light on side. can change the blub into multi colours led type?Not sure.. I suppose you could as you can change it if it goes.
- Can anybody who has purchased this product tell me if the plug socket to power the fire is hidden behind a part of the base?The plug socket is on your wall so that would depend where you place the fire, the lead is attached to the back on the right hand side (when looking at it) and as long as your socket is on the wall behind where you place the fire it can be plugged in so you don’t see any wires ... hope this helps
